Contact Ringside
One inbox, read by the people who write the scorecards. Corrections jump the queue.
Everything reaches us at one address: [email protected]. No contact form, no ticket number, no support tiers — just an inbox the people writing these scorecards actually open.
Dispute A Decision
Corrections are the mail we answer first. We would much rather be corrected than quietly wrong. To make that fast, send three things: the round you are disputing, the exact figure you think is off, and a source we can check. "Your Webflow pricing is out of date" takes a week to chase down. "Round 3 says Premium is $25 annually, and here is the plan page saying otherwise" takes an afternoon.
Prices in this category move constantly and vendors rarely announce it. If a number here has gone stale, telling us is a favour to every reader who arrives after you. Verified corrections get applied to the page, and the updated date moves with them.
Request A Bout
We take matchup requests. Name the two builders, and more usefully name the decision you are stuck on — "I sell digital downloads and cannot work out whose fees hurt less" tells us far more than a bare pairing. We cannot promise a page for every request, but requests genuinely shape what gets scored next.
When To Expect A Reply
Within three working days, usually sooner for corrections. This is a small editorial operation rather than a helpdesk, so nothing here is staffed at weekends.
What We Cannot Help With
We have no access to your account on any platform. We cannot reset a password, recover a deleted site, chase a refund, cancel a subscription or step into a billing dispute. If your problem is with a builder, that builder's own support team is the only route that works — every one of them runs a help centre, and several answer around the clock. Writing to us first only costs you time.
